📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-depth analyses of client business processes using industry-standard tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and implement strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of project proposals and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in management consulting.
• Participate in team meetings and client interactions, contributing to the overall project success.
• Support the development of training materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the management of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a consulting or analytical role, preferably in a business or management consulting firm.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and project work.
