As the Manager, Research and Development, you will be responsible for leading our R&D team in creating groundbreaking cosmetic products. Daily, you'll manage projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and sustainability. With access to state-of-the-art laboratories in Tangerang, you'll have the resources to turn innovative ideas into reality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and improvement of cosmetic products, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of scientists and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation.
• Manage the entire R&D process, from product formulation to clinical trials and commercialization.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure successful product launches.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
• Monitor and analyze R&D metrics to assess the success of projects and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cosmetic science and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, with a focus on cosmetic product development.
• Proven track record of successfully leading R&D projects from concept to market.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulations, ingredients, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using R&D software and tools, such as LabXchange, ChemDraw, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
