Salon Adi Health Center is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our facility and patrons. As a Security Guard, you will be the first line of defense, responsible for maintaining a secure environment and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with flexible shifts, offering competitive pay and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of the facility and patrons.,Conduct regular patrols to deter and prevent unauthorized access.,Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management.,Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.,Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly environment.,Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Familiarity with security procedures and protocols.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Security awareness and situational awareness.Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.Basic first aid knowledge.Knowledge of emergency procedures.Proficiency in using security equipment such as metal detectors and access control systems.
