• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using Zoho CRM and other customer service tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
