📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing store operations, including stock control and inventory management.
  • Support the Shop Assistant in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
  • Help with cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Support the Shop Assistant in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Assist in any other tasks as required by the Shop Assistant or store management.
  • Participate in store promotions and special events to enhance customer engagement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and using retail software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
