📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach high school mathematics to students from various backgrounds and skill levels.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that incorporate interactive whiteboards, educational software like GeoGebra, and other modern teaching tools.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their mathematical skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive mathematics curricula.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices in mathematics teaching.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote a love for learning.
• Mentor and support less experienced teachers in the department.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's mathematics program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a high school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional) and the Balinese educational system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support students from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans using modern teaching tools and methods.
• Passion for mathematics and a commitment to inspiring and challenging students to reach their full potential.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
• Valid teaching certification or license, as required by the Balinese Department of Education.
