Fast Gate Sejahtera is looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Dili. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.,Support the HR team in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts.,Maintain a clean and organized office, including the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Portuguese.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
