📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present business plans, forecasts, and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform business strategies.
  • Manage and track business development metrics and KPIs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using business development tools and software.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
