Sehati Oka Digital is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Gresik. This is a hybrid role, offering a unique blend of office and fieldwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, plan, and oversee the construction of various infrastructure projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.,Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects.,Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
