Base Global Jaya is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Tigaraksa. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Support the Store Manager in training and developing store staff.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
