📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial transactions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and skills.,Monitor cash balances and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Participate in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Proven leadership and management experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cash handling or customer service are a plus.
