📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing a team of pharmacists and ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Ensuring all pharmacy operations run efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior pharmacists.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the pharmacy and its staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology.
  • Valid pharmacy license and certification.
