📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Manage the reception desk, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.,Handle inquiries and complaints from clients and guests, providing prompt and professional responses.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest and client information.,Assist in organizing and managing events and meetings at the reception area.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Lead and supervise junior receptionists, providing training and guidance as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with reception software and tools is a plus.,Leadership and team management experience is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
