📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.,Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
