Production Supervisor - Immediate

MERIDIAN Nusantara is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facilities, ensuring that all products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the production facilities, ensuring that all products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of the production line to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
• Train and mentor production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that the production environment is safe for all employees.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
