📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining customer records and sales databases.,Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely data entry.,Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to the management team.,Handle administrative tasks related to sales meetings and events.,Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts for potential clients.,Provide support to the sales team in preparing for client presentations and negotiations.,Maintain and update company policies and procedures related to sales operations.,Assist in the organization and follow-up of sales leads and customer inquiries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
