Lead and manage a team of chefs to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts to enhance the dining experience.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.,Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and cost control to optimize food costs.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a luxury hospitality setting.,Proven track record of success in managing a team of chefs.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handler's license and other relevant certifications.
