Polybuilding (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Assistant/HR Executive to join our team in Bali. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment within a growing international company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The position is based in Bali, with opportunities for travel to other locations within Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and benefits information.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Provide administrative support to the HR Director and management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
