Crossworld Marine Services Inc. is seeking a Candidate Screening Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a Candidate Screening Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting the best Filipino seafarers for our global maritime clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment while contributing to the growth of our company and the maritime industry.

Based in the picturesque regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will be responsible for conducting thorough candidate assessments, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, and maintaining a database of qualified seafarers. With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, helping us build a skilled and reliable workforce for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct initial and advanced screening of candidate applications, including verifying educational credentials, work history, and certifications.
• Assess candidate suitability for specific maritime roles using standardized assessment tools and techniques.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of qualified seafarers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to coordinate candidate assessments, interviews, and background checks.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the recruitment team based on candidate assessments and evaluations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in maritime recruitment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, candidate screening, or a similar role in the maritime or HR industry.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, certifications, and standards (e.g., STCW, ISM, ISPS).
• Proficient in using recruitment management systems (e.g., Oracle Taleo, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations in Bali and beyond.
