Construction Site Supervisor

CV Resvila is seeking a dedicated and proactive Construction Site Supervisor (Pelaksana Lapangan) to join our growing team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing on-site construction operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Site Supervisor at CV Resvila, you will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication channels between the project team, clients, and stakeholders. With your strong leadership and organizational skills, you will help drive the success of our projects and foster a culture of excellence and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage resources and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA guidelines
• Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular inspections and quality control checks
• Maintain clear communication with the project team, clients, and stakeholders
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and documentation
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor and equipment, to optimize project efficiency
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices on the construction site

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in using construction management software, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations, including those specific to Bali
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate construction equipment
• Familiarity with safety certifications, such as OSHA or equivalent, is a plus
