📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily cash flow and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Monitor and record all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Support the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
