As the HRGA Section Head, you will work closely with store managers to handle all HR-related matters, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You will also oversee GA functions, including office administration, facilities management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage HR operations for all stores in Jakarta Selatan, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, working closely with store managers to meet staffing needs.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage GA functions, including office administration, facilities management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR department to implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and GA, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on retail operations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing HR and GA operations for multiple locations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using HR and GA software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
