Human Resources Specialist - Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar & Surrounding Areas)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support to the management team and contribute to the strategic planning process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or ADP.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
