📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct in-depth analyses of client business processes using industry-standard tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI.
Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and implement strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
Present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of project proposals and reports.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in management consulting.
Participate in team meetings and client interactions, contributing to the overall project success.
Support the development of training materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the management of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a consulting or analytical role, preferably in a business or management consulting firm.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and project work.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges and technologies.
