📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service across all villas.
• Coordinate with the villa management team to plan and execute events and special requests.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service quality.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure all amenities are available for guests.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with local vendors to arrange tours, dining experiences, and other guest activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all staff and guests.
• Contribute to the upsell commission by identifying and offering premium services and experiences to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or concierge role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service in a high-end setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local Bali culture, attractions, and hidden gems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
