As a Medical Doctor (Emergency & Evacuation) at Restu Maryam Group, you'll be responsible for providing immediate medical attention to patients in emergency situations. You'll work closely with our team of paramedics, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. This role requires a high level of physical and mental stamina, as you'll often be working in high-pressure situations. You'll use a range of medical tools and technologies, including advanced life support equipment, to treat and stabilize patients. Your ability to think quickly and make critical decisions under pressure will be essential in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency situations.
• Work closely with paramedics, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
• Use advanced life support equipment to treat and stabilize patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients to medical facilities, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the process.
• Document all medical procedures and patient information accurately and promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in emergency medicine.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency medicine or a related field.
• Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of advanced life support techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in high-stress situations.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive emergency vehicles.
• Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
