📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
