As a Facility Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion
- Monitor and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure efficient use of resources
- Manage and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment
- Train and supervise facility staff to ensure high standards of performance
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related role
- Proven experience in supervising and managing facility staff
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance software such as SAP Facilities Management or IBM Maximo
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
